Futaba 3PK from rcmart

Sorry that i post it in english but maybe someone can help me. I tought to buy Futaba 3PK from rcmart. I asked from rcmart about CE certificate and rmart told that 'YES it have CE cert'. Is someone here bought some kind of transmitter from rcmart (or hongkong) and do it have CE certificate?
